From Joe Powers…
Dear Harmonica Fans,
I hope that you're having a fabulous New Year. As you probably know, I've long been fascinated with Argentine Tango and other music genres from South America, Latin America, and Mexico. So for this Cinco de Mayo on Friday, May 5, I've decided to put together a special concert here in Portland, featuring many kinds of Latin rhythms: ¡Viva La Armónica!.
For this concert I’ll team up with the indomitable Dan Gaynor on piano, Bernardo Gomez of Shanghai Woolies, Djangophiles, and La Tropicana, on bass, and Otto Gygax, music director of Grupo Masato, on percussion.
As one of my favorite supporters I wanted to give you the first opportunity to get tickets at a discounted rate. This Early Bird price ends March 15, so get your tickets today!🐥
Thank you and I hope to see you on May 5!
Harmonically,
Joe
P.S. Stay tuned for a California tour coming later this month, a Europe tour this summer, and an Asia Tour in August and September.
